The ISO1430BDWR isolated interface IC is a high-performance RS-485 transceiver with broad application flexibility and excellent electrical characteristics. It is compatible with TIA/EIA-485-A and PROFIBUS standards, providing strong electrical protection, including HBM, IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4 standards. At the same time, the IC supports low EMI data transfer rates, including 500 kbps, 12 Mbps and 50 Mbps. Its wide power supply range and fault-tolerant receiver detect bus status ensure the stability of data transmission. In addition, the ISO1430BDWR has excellent interference immunity, is suitable for extreme temperature conditions, and is hot-swappable without failure. Available in a wide-body SOIC-16 package, it is compatible with most isolated RS-485 transceivers. This series of features makes ISO1430BDWR an ideal choice for many fields such as industrial automation, communication and control systems.

Description:
The ISO1430 devices are galvanically-isolated differential line transceivers for TIA/EIA RS-485 and RS-422 applications. These noise-immune transceivers are designed to operate in harsh industrial environments. The bus pins of these devices can endure high levels of IEC electrostatic discharge (ESD) and IEC electrical fast transient (EFT) events which eliminates the need for additional components on bus for system-level protection. The devices are available for both basic and reinforced isolation (see Reinforced and Basic Isolation Options).
