The IS314W optocoupler gate driver is a versatile, high-performance solution designed for precision and reliability in electronic systems. The maximum peak output current is 1.0A and the minimum is 0.8A, which can meet a wide range of current requirements. Its rail-to-rail output voltage capability enhances versatility, while excellent 20kV/μs minimum common-mode rejection ensures excellent noise immunity in high-voltage environments. The device excels at minimizing signal propagation delays up to 200ns and is consistent with propagation delay differences up to 100ns. The wide operating voltage range (10V to 30V) and low maximum supply current (3.0mA) help improve adaptability and energy efficiency. The inclusion of undervoltage lockout protection with hysteresis ensures stability under adverse voltage conditions. The IS314W operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, meets industry standards, is MSL Level 1 compliant, lead-free and RoHS compliant.
